RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
To return or exchange one or more items of a purchase, within 14 days of receipt of your order, please enter your order number as it appears on the order confirmation at the following link https://returns.itsrever.com/pedrogarcia
If you already have an account, you can enter “My account” on the website and click “Returns and Exchanges.”
1. Enter your order number and your email address.
2. Select the products you wish to exchange or return.
3. From here you will find the
option to either exchange or return the item, choose the correct option for
your case.
3.1. If you would like to exchange the product, indicate the reason(s) for the change (optional) and the size for which you want to exchange the item. Free Shipping.
3.2. If you would like to return the product, select the option "I prefer a refund" and indicate the reason(s) (optional). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You may select from the following refund options:
- Gift Card: once we have received the return in our warehouse and verified the contents of the package, we will send you an email with your gift card.
- Original method of payment: once we have received the return in our warehouse and verified the contents of the package, you will receive the money in the same manner you paid for the order.
This can take up to 7 days from receipt of the items.
-Bank transfer: the money will be sent to your bank account once we have received the return in our warehouse and verified the contents of the package.
4. Review the address where you want us to pick up the package or where you want the exchange product to be sent.
5. Confirm the pick-up address (or the delivery of the product in case of exchange).
6. Choose whether you would prefer to have the package delivered to a pick-up point or delivered to the same address on the order.
7. You will receive a confirmation email with the return/exchange request and the shipping return label. Print the label you received in your email, place the product to be returned/exchanged
inside the original box and reseal it. Remove the old label and attach the new return label to the outside of the box.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
2. Paste the following document sent by email on the outside of the shipping box:
- the transparent UPS envelope with the three copies of the return invoices which will be provided by the UPS carrier.
- the UPS return sticker, which must cover the original delivery address.
If you shipped your purchase within the European Union, simply stick your return label on top of the shipping label.
3. Make the return request following the instructions explained in the previous section and the courier company will pick up your package.
4. You will be refunded in the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.
Should you be interested in a different style, simply return your item(s) to us and place a new order.

LATE RETURNS
A Return Number must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return your item(s) within 3 days of receiving this number.
Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Pedro García online store and will only be refunded as a store credit.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will be refunded in the original payment method, including shipping costs for faulty goods or orders canceled under the DSRs (Distance Selling Regulations) only; otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, the card issuers and their processing time. Unfortunately we are unable to control this.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing defect occurs within 12 months of purchase.
Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality checked for any damages or faults before they are shipped.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect conditions please contact us immediately.
Items must be returned to us in perfect conditions.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.
Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original undamaged shoebox and dust bag. If not, the return may not be accepted.
Items should be returned through Pedro García online store return service (UPS account) to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.
