Shipping policy
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Canada and the United States. We ship via Fedex, UPS or Correos depending on the country of destination, which delivers between 9 am and 5 pm on business days (that is to say Monday to Friday, except Spanish bank holidays). We do not ship to post offices. Delivery times are approximate and do not have into account potential delays due to payment authorizations or stock availability.
PEDRO GARCíA secures every payment while in transit and upon your receipt, hence the need of a signature. At this time, the responsability lies on the client.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All products are examined prior to shipment to avoid shipment of defective goods. If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website are completely accurate; it will depend on the settings of each computer and screen.
Products must be returned in perfect condition along with the return form duly completed. All shoes should be tried on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratches on the sole in order to be returned. Likewise, they should be packed in its original shoe box and contain the dust bag and other accessories (crystals, studs, caps...), as all the above is considered part of the product. On the contrary, the return may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Products should be returned through Pedro García’s Return Service (UPS account) to ensure they are secured and protected while in transit.
CONSUMER GOODS GUARANTEE
The guarantee covers the products provided that they were defective upon receipt or that they have a manufacturing defect within the next 12 months after the date of purchase. Please note that damaged products are not considered defective.
